SHIPPING POLICY

I ship from CANADA. I ship to all locations within Canada, the US, Europe and Australia. Please contact me if you are located outside of these countries and I will be happy to assist you!

 I am not responsible for transit times or delays due to customs. Items may become delayed as they sit in customs within your country and mine, these wait times are especially long if you are located outside of North America.

I generally prepare "ready to ship" items within 1-3 business days, while items marked as "made to order" will take 7-10 business days depending on my work load at the time the order is placed. Each item will state the length of time it will take to complete. I work through all orders as they come in, as fast as I can. I appreciate your patience!

Please ensure your shipping address is correct! Once I ship your package, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered parcels.

All orders will come lovingly wrapped in a decorated kraft box with some extra goodies, ready to be gifted to yourself or someone else!

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

I generally do not accept returns or exchanges, so please be sure that you have read the product descriptions carefully and completely regarding size, color, variations, etc. Please purchase earrings knowing that they may be heavy as they are made from stone and metal.

 

I will offer a full refund if I have personally made a mistake with your order, such as a wrong item or size. In this case, please contact me within 5 business days of receiving your item in the mail, and include your order number and an image if applicable.
